Access where it belongs
Public identification stays separate from protected records. A general site PIN can open normal documents while a separate restricted PIN protects sensitive BMS information.
Site changes stay controlled
Engineers can submit a change from the portal. The submission reaches the office for review, so official records are not replaced by unverified information.
Managed, not abandoned
The service includes building the structure, uploading approved information, managing revisions, maintaining backups and keeping the portal link working.
Access from the office
The same live portal can be opened from a supplied BMS graphic link or desktop shortcut. The QR plate is not the only way in.
Low-signal locations
Where basements have poor signal, a secondary access point can be positioned near the entrance so the latest offline pack can be downloaded before going below ground.
